Worst business to ever exist. Terrible people. Liars. Have zero care about the customer. Hard to sleep at night knowing I have paid them a dime. If you hire them in any capacity for your build i apologize to you for not getting to read this first. It does not settle well when contractors accuse you for their faults. I have been living with a plywood covering over my garage door while they continually come out and accuse me of adding things that weren’t in the way before and giving them false measurements (that they measured I have not measured 1 thing).

Everyone I spoke to on the phone (I did the entire transaction over the phone) was very professional and friendly, and they understood exactly what I wanted and got it for me very quickly and delivered it. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. They were wonderful.

We went there to see a door, but no one ever came out here. It was a long drawn out process, they we wanting to be sure that we were absolutely satisfied with what we were getting to the point that it was getting annoying. We wanted a new front door and we wanted to replace the one with the window in it. The price was fine and the quality of the door was very good quality. They would respond to us whenever we wanted to talk to them, but it took them a while to get it all done. They were very professional.

Mike arrived on time and replaced a ten-year old component on the opener. He also checked settings and alignment of the door and lubed where necessary. The door has worked perfectly since the repair.

They had the best selection and best prices of anyone else in town. Great customer service, lots of options for type of glass in the windows on the front door French doors. Helpful in giving advice regarding hardware for doors. Definitely recommend them!!!

I arrived at the business and I was promptly met at the door by the Salesperson, Barry Faulkner who was knowledge about the characteristics about the wood and fiber glass doors. He added additional information about the measuring process and what to look for in the doors. Once the door was selected he ordered the door for me at the manufacture. He was able to get me the full cost from the dealer and gave me a callback. I was quite pleased with the service and the quality of the door with exact dimensions.

Their installer arrived early, was well organized and worked steadily until the job was completed and working to our satisfaction. He took about 4 hours overall to complete the removal and installation. He was polite and answered all of our questions and provided the manufacturer's literature and warranty materials. Cleaned up the work area very well.

While doing so, he also assessed the health of the door, and recommended and made other adjustments while on-site. I was VERY pleased with their availability, punctuality, and professionalizm.

The service man was at our house on time the morning we scheduled to have the work done. (the salesman was also on time the day they came out to give us a quote). He performed the work to be completed and did a great job cleaning up after himself. We are very happy with the results and love our new garage doors and garage door openers.

Work was completed timely and professionally. The gentleman was on time and the service call only took about a half hour.

It took us several months to get all of the windows painted before installation -- this is what took us the longest time -- but it was our choice to paint and install them ourselves. My husband easily installed all of the windows himself. We couldn't be happier and will order from Tomasino Door and Window again.

Quick response and good service

The service man arrived early for the scheduled apppointment(which was nice) and he worked quickly. He removed our old garage doors and garage door openers. He replaced both with new parts. He then called me down to check on the work and to see how the doors operated. He explained several features of the garage door opener to me and asked if I had any questions. Everything was clean and neat when he left and I LOVE my new doors!

An estimate was given, and due to size, the garage doors had to be ordered. It took several weeks for receipt. Installation was professionally done. Appointments for estimate and installation were on schedule. The company was very easy to work with.

The overall work went on very well. They were prompt and they came out and basically fixed some of the gears and pulleys and now things are working more appropriately. They also did some extra work for free like tuned up the garage door and helped it to function better. They did a good job. I would use them again in the future.

Absolutely no problems whatsoever!

We got their name from Angie's List. We called them out to order new garage doors so they are going to be installing them when they arrive. Overall it went fine when they came out. The guy came when he said he was going to come. He didn't have the parts on his truck. He came back the next day and fixed them up in 20 minutes or half an hour. We are going to be paying $1280.00 for the garage doors and I am assuming from the reviews they have gotten on the List that they would do a pretty good job.
