Wonderful experience with Mr. Puckett. He was very helpful, professional and went the "extra mile" for me. I was able to receive better coverage at a lower rate after the discounts he offered. I had been with the other insurance company for 20+years and was never offered such discounts. My premiums are lower and I have better coverage.
