We had Suretemp come out for a system tune up to me sure out air conditioning units were ready for summer. They are always prompt and courteous and I trust them- they don't try and sell you things you don't need.

They were courteous, professional and clean.

We have used him many times so he comes to our home. He is very responsive. He came out on a Sunday because he knows that my husband has a heart condition. Therefore, he came on Sunday, when he would not normally be working. He has always been very attentive. He comes when he says he will come. He is very polite and the work is excellent. I would absolutely use his services again in the future.

I call them and they usually come out the same day, because we are a regular customer. They do a good job of maintaining our system. We've used them for the last 8 to 10 years. They are a very honest company. A while back they had a bad batch of condensation pump and he had replaced our pump unknowingly with a faulty one. He replaced the pumps twice more, before he got a good quality working one and he didn't charge us for any of the work.
