We discovered that our sewage line from the upstairs broke in two and was spilling sewage under the house for two weeks. No plumber would fix the pipe without having all the sewage cleaned up first. We called Servpro and they came out within a few hours to take a look. They gave me a quote on the spot and had guys there later in the afternoon. We have a crawl space and they dug out all the sewage and contaminated dirt, treated the area with chemicals and replaced the plastic that was previously in place that they removed. They also supplied air purifiers in the house for a few days to help get rid of the smell. They were very prompt and professional.

SERVPRO did a good job. Their price was quite reasonable.

They did a good job. They were easy to work with. They gave us a lot of extra information. They were generally heloful. They also helped us with the insurance papers for the damage. We thought well of the Servpro guys. I have no idea how to compare the price because we have never dealt with anything like this before. The quality was very good and they were quick.

One word, Arbitration.

They came promptly, the whole staff was very professional; from the receptionist, to the gentlemen who arrived at my home, to Steve the manager. They assessed the problem, and saved my expensive rug. It looks like it did before I tried to save it by spraying water. They came within 45 minutes after I doused this rug to remove the bleach. Deon assured me he would do everything in his power to save my rug. By 3 pm that day, Deon called me to save the rug was saved. This company was like a 9-1-1 service call to help me keep my carpet. They did a great job with this. As a bonus, they also helped me understand what to do or who to contact for a few other projects in my home. They would not do the work for me since it is not their specialty, but they were kind enough to help me in starting other projects.

Overall, I think that the company did a good job, but there were some bumps on the way. The production manager bent over backwards to please me, but the workers on the other hand were short-handed and inexperienced. The workers failed to put the covers on correctly, and after cutting a hole in the trunk of the unit which is in the basement, they had to borrow my tape because they forgot to bring some to cover the hole back up. After a day or so, the tape came off, and there was no air in my bedroom because the piece of sheet metal had fallen down. The moisture must have gotten to the tape, and it came loose. The manager came and fixed everything the way it was supposed to be and apologized time and time again. I was pleased with the final work.

Servpro cleaned everything very well. They went above and beyond what you would expect. When they said pro they meant pro just like the name said. They were very thorough, and got all the cat hair out really well. If you had deep stains like blood or fire damage they could handle the job.
