Went fairly well. I first used their services to identify and then fix water leaks in my town house. The roofer I used couold not find the eaks nor could 2 other "experts" they called in. Then they quit returning my calls.
Reliable Rmodeling came in looked at the job. We went into a contract just to determine the problem with all monies paid to go against the cost of fixing the leak. Turns oout it wasa construction problem. The wrong size board had been used and that left open a water channel which I saw pictures of.
i have worked with several of their crews.I have had several contracts with them including carpet and inside painting.
Work is done on time and within the contract. The crews are well supervised.
I am quite satisfied with the work and how it gets done. High quality work. Highly recommend them
