We are doing some improvements to our home in order to sell it in the next 6 months or so. We needed to replace 25 year old Formica countertops, and looked at Lowe's, Home Depot, and some other granite installers found on Angie's List. When I went to Premier Surface's showroom and explained to Ashley what I needed, she was very understanding, and showed me several of their granites at our price point. They have a huge selection, but we wanted to keep the price as low as possible. The entire process couldn't be easier. We opted for two different granites (one for the kitchen and kids' bathroom, and another for the master), the offset kitchen sink, undermount sinks for the bathrooms, their 15 year sealer, and for them to do the tear out. The man that did the templat arrived right at the arranged time and was quick and professional. The two installers that came out on 10/31 to do the install were great. We are extremely happy with the quality of both the granite and the installation, and wouldn't hesitate to use Premier Surfaces again, after we purchase our new home.

After looking at Pacific Shores,Triton and Lowes,I still couldn't find a granite that I was sold on-well,to be fair,in my budget too. :)

I went to Premier after reading some of their reviews and checking out their website.

They had a few granites in their yard that looked great with my cabinet and floor colors.Nicole worked up some estimates for me.

The prices were good and I included the 15 year sealer also.I then had to narrow it to just one granite.Tough job.

My contact person was very polite and answered my questions.They are very busy,so sometimes it took a bit,but she always did respond.

The template guy was great.Did a bang up job-measured things,used a laser doo dad,and bless his heart,also answered some questions. :)

The guy who laid out my countertops to get maximum usage from the slab did a great job of lining up the seams.He

also changed the position of a couple of pieces when I requested it.It was neat to see my granite laid out like it would go in my kitchen.

The installers were also very nice.They did an excellent job.Brian really worked on my countertop seam until he was satisfied with it.

Great all around.My husband liked that everyone was either early or right on time.

I would recommend them.Love my new countertops.

The ordering process was simple and all involved were very courteous and professional.

When my wife and I went to the Premier Surfaces showroom, Ashley met us and was very professional in answering all of our questions. While my wife and I looked around the showroom, Ashley prepared two estimates based on two different quartz choices we had made and a sketch and square footage estimate I prepared of our kitchen countertops. When she showed the estimates to us, the estimate for the quartz we preferred was significantly lower than an estimate we had received for the same quartz from another countertop company. After my wife and I decided to use Premier and signed the papers, Ashley explained how the process would proceed. We had to make an initial payment of 50% the first day. Ashley kept us well informed throughout the whole process, both via phone and email. Unfortunately, Ashley called several days later to tell us the Cambria Canturbury Quartz we had selected for our new countertops would take about 4 weeks to be delivered. Later, she called to let us know it would take only two weeks to be delivered. After Premier received the quartz for our countertops, Ashley called to schedule the and quot;templateand quot; date when someone would come to our house to measure our countertops. Randy, the templater who came out, was very professional and helpful to answer our questions and tell us how the measurements would be used to precidely cut out our quartz countertops. Ashley called a day or two later to schedule the and quot;installand quot; date for our new countertops. John and Ryan were our installers who were very nice to answer my questions, very neat considering the amount of work they had to do, and installed our new countertops very professionally. The final 50% payment, which was due on the and quot;installand quot; date, was charged to my credit card by Ashley several days later at my request. Overall, my wife and I could not have been more pleased with the people who helped us from Premier, the process, and most of all -- our new quartz countertops.

Premier Surfaces did an excellent job. They assigned Ms Nicole Owens as our project manager, so we had a single point of contact, who understood our project, for questions and issues. She also coordinated the activities of multiple work teams for different facets of the job. Her work was outstanding.
Based on our shopping and other estimates, Premier's quote was very competitive and they had a large selection of granite and tile for our review and selection. All the work by Premier and their associated subcontractors was first rate.
The granite installers, John, Adam and Michael, kept us informed as they did the countertop work and minimized the dust and debris from both the removal of old materials and installation of new. The tiling crew, working under Diego's direction, did an outstanding job installing the new drywall and tile for the backsplash. The Plumb Tech crew, John and Steve, not only reconnected the sink and dishwasher with no leaks or problems, but also leveled and raised the dishwasher, improving how it looked in the cabinets. We arranged for Adkins On Time Electric to reconnect the stovetop and Jimmie, the technician, did his normal, excellent work. It merits mention that on several occasions, multiple teams shared the work area and all of them coordinated their work and cooperated well.
As with most projects, we learned some lessons...things we could do better, not any reflection on the Premier Surfaces team.
1. Even with the work crews doing their best to minimize dust and dirt, we could have done a better job isolating the work area to prevent dust from migrating to other rooms in the house.
2. We planned to reuse the faucet/fixtures from our old sink. Unfortunately, the granite was thicker than the old surface and the faucet shank was not long enough to allow a leak free seal. I did not think to check maximum deck depth for the old faucet.
All in all a good experience and very positive recommendation for Premier and the associated companies.

Everything was good. The workers were efficient, nice, and easy to work with. We got our granite for less than what Lowe's quoted us for laminate.

We were remodeling our home and our builder recommended Select Granite, for the our new countertops. We went down to their office, spoke with Gordon who was very helpful in showing us all the varies slabs of granite that they have. We picked out our slab and Gordon gave us a estimate. We received two other quotes that were a lot higher. When our new cabinets were completed, we notified Gordon. Angela, contacted us within a day and came out to measure of our new tops. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Angela called us back to inform us our new granite tops would be going in 4 days, we were so excited. Tyler and Curtis were the installers, they were very careful with our new cabinets, they did a excellent job and cleaned up before they left. We could not be happier with our experience, everyone was wonderful.
