After doing all the diagnostic checks and putting in a new power supply, Kevin finally told me that he would like to take the unit with him since it still wasn't performing like either of us wanted. I was without my PC for a few more days which didn't really matter since it hadn't worked for a couple weeks anyway. The wait was well worth it. He called me the following Monday to let me know that the unit was running fine and that he would like to meet me back at my home to test it out and finalize everything. Even though he had kept it for a few days, he still only charged me for the 2 hours he had spent at my house plus the cost of the power supply he put in it. My PC is running like new. I highly recommend Kevin and his services. Professional in every way.

It was extremely good. He really did a good job. He was fast and very competent. The computer was in really bad shape and he did a good job cleaning it up.

Very good, and very efficient. Did everything he needed to do in a timely manner. Really pleased with service. I would certainly use them again. It was amazing how fast he did the work.

I cannot say enough about Kevin Henderson and his professionalism.  He was punctual, very courteous, knowledgeable
and supportive.  He worked diligently from the moment he arrived at my home until he left with my laptop in tow late that afternoon.  I couldn't have asked for better service and will definitely be calling on him again for all my computer needs.
I know that he had to have put in at least 10 hours on my laptop in all, but he only charged me for two hours.  I felt guilty only paying him for the two hours, but he was insistent that I not pay more and that he worked on it because he wanted to and he wanted my future business.  He could have easily just told me to give up and get another laptop and then charge me for several more hours.
I have already recommended him to some of my friends.  I hope they will give him their business too, because it will help him in his business and they will pay a fair price for such an important service.

Initially, I had thought the only issue was the power jack, but the hard drive also had issues.   Kevin went above and beyond, even attempting to save the data on the bad hard drive.  Prior to each actual service, he contacted me to inform me what needed to be done, and approximately how long it would take to order the necessary parts.  I was very pleased with both the service and the ready communication and would recommend PC Remedy to anyone.

Kevin Henderson has a way to diagnose the problem over the phone, and if that does not work, he sets up an appointment to either come to your house, or to drop it off at his office. He repaired the computer in a short time, so that I was not out of a computer for long. I would definitely recommend this computer service to anyone who needs repair work.

Kevin and Matt answered my call on the first try. Then one or the other would talk me through what I perceived as the problem. They tried to walk me through the repair process, and when my limited knowledge of computers was stated, Kevin came to my house and repaired my computer. His professionalism was evident throughout his persona. He also cleaned up as he went. I am very happy with this company and will use them again.
