They do a good job. I have a cliff behind my house that goes up about 25 feet and they scale the cliff and go up there too, so they go the extra mile.

Not satisfied. They committed to bringing in topsoil that would result in 6 inches of topsoil in the planting area. They brought about 2 inches and since it was placed over almost solid rock, many plants did not do well. They did not make clear, that they would replace only once a plant that died, but that's all they did. I had multiple plants that died and did not live in the replanting either. I believe the problem was fundamentally the failure to provide the agreed upon level of topsoil, for the price I expected much, much more.

For having so much work to do, this company does not complain. They are great. They take their time and make sure that the job is done right the first time. They come as many times as needed within the monthly charge. There is never a mess left behind, and our yard always looks great!

I had Naturscapes come out and plant a few trees for shade, as well as some flowers in they front and back yards. The person that came out did a very good job, and was very polite, professional and did a very good job of cleaning up after himself.
