I had newly installed marble and the company who installed it |(Fragments) missed appointments to fix in and then stopped returning my calls.  The folks at Marantha were great.  They were willing to work with me and try to fix my marble.  It was not cheap but they were great to work with, did a great job and will definitely use them again.

We purchased granite counter tops and tumbled marble back splash from Maranatha.  We had an issue with the counter top installation and contacted our salesperson.  He came out the next day and we arrived at an agreeable solution and they reinstalled the counter top the next day.  I could not be more pleased with the service they provided.  The back splash was not the color they sent out because when they sealed it, the color changed.  We are still talking with them about this but I am certain from the conversations we have had it will work out well.  I think the character of a business shows when there are problems to be solved and they have worked with us in every respect.  I would recommend them to anyone

I obtained 2 quotes for materials (identical) and fabrication, and the estimates were nearly identical.  I decided to use Maranatha when the other provider refigured and increased the total.  I am so happy I did.
The selections were ordered, and received within a week, as promised.  Another week for fabrication, and installed the following week.  
I couldn't be more pleased.  
Maranatha proceeded professionally, and with courtesy throughout the transaction.   My presence was required for the template making process, and each detail was discussed.   Professional suggestions were made, and once again,  I was treated with the utmost respect.
If I hadn't known better, I would have thought I was Maranatha's only client.  
These people are just the best!!  And made it all SO easy!!

They did an excellent job.  We did not want to spend $1500 to purchase an entire slab of quartz.  Maranatha Granite was more than willing to work with us to find a remnant that met our design needs.  The other stores we shopped with either didn't want to talk about remnants, or if they did, they had no idea what was in their boneyards and they certainly didn't want to go out in the heat to help us look.  At Maranatha, they were very friendly and helpful.  They have a great showroom and they knew exactly what products they had as remnants and helped us select the right one for our situation.  In less than 30 minutes we found our quartz, chose a sink and arranged to have the measurements taken the next day.  They came to draw the template the next day and 2 days later came to install the sink and countertop.  They arrived on time, worked efficiently and did a great job with no mess and left everything spotless.  The man who made the template came with the installers.  He also took the time to answer our questions and give us good advice about how we should do our kitchen counters when we replace them in the future.  We think they gave us an excellent price for what we purchased.  We will definitely use them again.

It was an overall great experience. They had the best pricing of any local company, or big box store. They were also extremely helpful and performed a quick turnaround (~5 days v ~3 weeks for a box store) for the installation. Their demo/install was neat and they cleaned up. They were punctual.
Also, the 3rd party plumber they used did an overall great job.
This is the standard by which any home improvement project should be measured. I highly recommend them.
