Heather is awesome she observes and always knows what to do to rid pests outside and inside. She listens and fixes any problem areas that I have. She is very pleasant and friendly. Always has a smile on her face ?

The guy at the main office is very easy to work with. They are nice and professional.

Tim was great. He arrived right on time. He performed a detailed inspection of the house, removed the dead critter, found and blocked potential access points to prevent future wildlife problems. He was thorough in cleaning up and deodorizing the house. Very pleased.

I contacted Knox Pest Control to perform pest control services at my house. Billy came by and sprayed inside and out. We set up a schedule for him to come spray every 3 months. This went on for about a year, then I never heard from them. Several months later, Billy came by the house unexpectedly while nobody was home and left a note on the door. I called him and asked what was going on. He said that he had lost my number and had no way to contact me. We set up another appointment. Billy came by and sprayed, then never contacted me again. A year later, Billy came by and left another note on the door. At this point, I had already given up and moved on to another service provider. Within a month, I received a bill in the mail from Knox for pest control services. I promptly called and asked what the bill was for as Billy hadn't sprayed the house in over a year. Long story short, they offered a discounted rate if I would schedule another service. I told them no, then received several more phone calls in the coming weeks asking the same question. These guys did a decent job when they actually sprayed for bugs...they just seem very unorganized.

They have done great and I have been happy with them. They have also come out to take care of emergency pest issues, like when I had a scorpion in the house. I will continue to use them.

Everything has been good so far. The technician was personable, professional, and on time. He was also very flexible since I was late getting to the appointment. They have only performed one service so far.

Our personal technician is Hugh and he does a fabulous job for us. He has years of experience in locating the areas where the bugs tend to be and always gets rid of them. He is prompt well mannered and is willing to listen to our suggestions regarding new spots to concentrate on. We have no complaints with the service we have received from Knox.
