A neighbor had recently put on a new roof and we asked who did the work. We were directed to Mike McMillan, Precision Restoration account manager. Mike contacted us promptly and arranged to have a member of his company and our insurance adjustor inspect the roof. Insurance adjustor determined we had hail damage. Mr. McMillan worked with insurance to submit approximate cost, materials to be used, and cost for complete job.
Mr. McMillan met with us to explain cost of work, the insurance portion to be paid toward total cost, and how much we would owe when job was completed.
Mr. McMillan subcontracted the work to a crew with whom he works regularly. They arrived when promised, were professional in their work manner, left the premises clean and free of trash and any roofing debris. They were careful to run magnets over the area 3 times to remove any roofing nails that had fallen to the ground or on driveway.
Mr. McMillan was here several times to oversee the work being done, assisted in the final cleanup, and followed up with insurance company for final payment. Everything was done on the dates promised and the work was exceptional.
We arranged for Mr. McMillan's company to do some repair on rotted wood around windows. We received an estimate. The work was done professionally for the estimated cost.
Precision Restoration can do any work needed to a home. I highly recommend Mr. McMillan for any home repair/remodeling/restoration needs.
