had problems with my 18 year old gas water heaters. Mark came out and gave me a bid and informed me that there was a rebate going on with the gas Co. so the rebate payed for one of my water heaters. which was great.i watch the installation and he was very professional. used no sauter, only crimping tools. which i like. shows he's keeping up with the time's. insulated all pipes when finished. showed me how to operate. cleaned up and removed the old heaters. Will use again.
