Service was excellent! Company did everything they said they would do.  They handled my claim, met my adjuster, and replaced my roof.  They were able to get State Farm to pay for my roof to be replaced, after another company wasn't.  These guys really know there stuff!  Highly recommend this company.  If you are thinking about getting your roof replaced, this is the company to call.  Matt and Scott know everything there is to know about insurance restoration, especially when it comes to roofing.  I was able to get my roof upgraded, and didn't even have to pay my deductible.  GREAT JOB

The process went exactly as I was told.  Every part of the process was smooth.  Horizon Exteriors was even able to get extra money for my roof system.  I had a 20 year shingle with no ventilation, and now I have a lifetime architectural shingle with ridge vent.  AND THEY DID NOT COST ME ANY EXTRA MONEY.  This is a very professional company, with very knowledgeable owners and employees.  My roof was completely finished in one day!  Again, I can't say it enough........GREAT JOB! 

We had hail damage to our roof. Horizon worked directly with our insurance company to make sure they paid for everything to which we were entitled. They did a great job. Workmanship and quality were top notch. Thanks, guys.

DO NOT HIRE!!!! Totally Fraudulent. Matt promised to do things they never did. Would not return phone calls to discuss damages they caused to my house. Were contractually obligated to replace rotten decking and did not. (I am having to spend thousands to finish the job they started and repair the damages they caused.)
Horizon Exteriors, LLC is not licensed in my county or any other that I can tell. They do not have a bond. Furthermore, they did not get a permit as required for decking in my area. Lastly, in trying to work out these problems with Horizon, professionally and amicably, they lawyered up within 7 days after the last time on my property and 2 days after I requested a meeting to discuss payment. They have actually filed suit against me...unbelievable! Their lawyer is a glorified collections attorney that will try to bully you. Luckily, I am in the right and will not be intimidated.
Oh also, they claim to have been in business since 2007 but be warned, they filed their articles of incorporation in July 2012.

Roof replaced due to hail damage. I was out of town and depended on Horizon to handle the job. They provided exceptional service, and did the job quickly. They are very reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend this contractor.

I was amazed at how professional and knowledgable they were. I don't think any company in Alabama can provide the kind of service Horizon Exteriors LLC provided. These guys were unbelievable and extremely nice... The roofing crew took care of my shrubbery and even took down an old satellite dish for free! If anyone needs a roof or as an insurance claim, you need to call these guys. They are as good as it gets!!12
