Description of Work: hired to install new kitchen floor, remove built in stove top, remove built in wall oven, cut out cabinets to instal a new range,and rebuild cabinet where oven had been to use as pots and pan storage. The floor was installed and looks O.K. I have not yet got all of the extra glue up. while cutting the counter top made a very jagged and uneven cut. Messed up the counter top that was to be left. Took cabinet doors that were to be used on new cabinets and cut them to be used as a shelf. .made a door that did not fit and in no way matched the color. Mike Hays came yo my house and promised he would not only fix what had been screwed up but make it better. Every time I called I was told we are waiting for this that or the other. 5months later I am unable to get in touch with company or owner.

 + -1 moreHays Brothers/Storm Sure contracted to do all the repairs to our home after the 1/23/2012 tornado....they started the work in March and for a while things were fine....then the workers had to walk off the job because according to their statements, the Hays Brothers were paying them with bad checks....we went along because we needed our home finished...then about 6 weeks ago all work stopped because, as we were told, the laborers couldn't get paid...the only thing that has been done in the last 6 weeks is we finally got our kitchen cabinets and counter tops....then we find out that the place the cabinets and tops were ordered from have either not been paid or paid with a bounced check....so these arent even paid for....my wife is disabled and we have been living in this mess since the tornado hit..sheetrock dust...debris from the work all over our yard....no water or commodes in our 2 bathrooms....no water in our kitchen... We have been having to wash dishes in our bathroom sink. Our roof was replaced with a metal roof which is leaking when it rains. We have tried repeatedly to contact Mike Hays to resolve this and when we do get to talk to him, he keeps saying he is trying to get things resolved....that was 3 weeks ago....he now is not answering our calls....even though one of his employees has answered and promised to give him messages....he never returns our calls..we have paid him a lot of money and our house looks like an episode of horders....a path to the bedroom....path to the kitchen etc....I wouldn't ask a dog to live like this....much less my disabled wife...they say they are a christian group who pride themselves on their honesty and good faith when dealing with their customers....we have found nothing christian in the way we have been treated....we have been scammed....lied too...and are being victimized by not only the tornado that hit us...now Hays Brothers is victimizing us all over again...now it seems their office phone has been dissconected. We are now in limbo...the work has not been completed as of this date6/22/2012
