Visited the showroom with a lot of questions and the manager (Kurt?) was very helpful and responsive. He was patient and explained thouroughly various options to me. I ended up choosing some higher end carpet for my bedroom and thus far I have been pleased. I certainly could have spent less and Kurt put zero pressure on me to go high price route...he just wanted to be sure I was satisfied. Good experience overall.

It went alright. They were nice there, and the price was right.

Their prices were reasonable, but the install guy ripped me off. He would not haul off the old carpet even though it was in the contract. They did a very crappy job with the installation and I can still see where it is seamed together. I was not happy at all with them. I was very disappointed with the quality of the carpet.

Carpet was the best priced around. We bought a great quality carpet and pad for around $3 a square foot. Our only issues were with the installation. I'm not sure how well the sales team communicates with the installers. If I had to do it again, I would buy the carpet from Floorz - but hire my own installation team.

They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone. They helped me choose the colors and quality of flooring. They also explained the warranties to me. They were on time and cleaned up all the mess.

I have used this company on several occasions. Once was for carpet and the others were for hardwood. This last job they did for me was hardwood floors in my kitchen, and they did excellent work. I haven't had any problems with the material or performance. They didn t leave any messes, and they had a warranty on their work.
