I had received a questionable assessment from another company, and contacted Five Star for a second opinion after looking at their excellent BBB record. They were both competent and honest. In this industry of many charlatans, Five Star is a breath of fresh air. They saved me thousands of dollars in unnecessary expense.

They arrived on time to do the job of installing the new unit and taking out the old one. They messed up with the installation and had to come back out to fix the problem with no extra charge to me.
