+ 0 moreUnprofessional company that I will NEVER recommend to anyone. I understand that they are busy but it’s clear they don’t want people’s business. He came out 6 weeks ago to write up a quote and told me I’d have it in two days. As the weeks went by josh was completely unresponsive to my multiple requests for an update. He twice answered the phone and swore I must’ve lost the email and promised to have the quote to me that day. Once again I never got it. If your too good to do my $100k project then good for you, but be a man and tell me. Don’t continually waste my time. I have no respect for this guy or his company. You can’t trust his word and if you can’t trust his word you can’t trust anything about them. Run far away from them.

+ -1 moreThey have lost a customer for life who used to be an advocate and who now will not recommend their company to anyone because of the backing of their products. Their excuse that pool manufacturer is out of business is unacceptable. I first contacted them 2/6/13 about fiberglass repair and as of today, 6 months later I have begun looking for someone else to come out. I even spent my money on fiberglass repair kit and asked them to come out one time to show me how to repair and they can't even do that.
Description of Work: Provider has been contacted a dozen times to repair factory caused fiberglass application problems. Earls installed the pool and it had lifetime warranty on fiberglass. I would strongly recommend using another pool installer if you are concerned about warranty work. To be fair they did a great job installing the pool 6 years ago but simply will not fulfill their warranty.

+ -1 moreSomewhat prolonged installation because of the changing weather conditions. But, in the end, pool looks great.
Description of Work: Pool installation - several delays were related to unfavorable weather. There were some costs we were not informed about from the get go so that is why the "C". Some work was transferred to other contractors I needed to deal with - something I was not told would be the case. But, overall good experience and great responsiveness from the entire crew.

+ -1 moreThe installation of the pool and spa was great but the concrete on the decking has several rough spots and 3 months after installation it cracked in a few places. They did a great job on the stone work. We had a landscape architect draw up our plans and Earl's was a little difficult in working with his plans. I did get very frustrated during the process because several times Earl's would not show up for several days at a time and they did not call to tell me they were not coming. Communication was not the best. It has been several years now and the pool is fantastic! We love it! Hopefully over the past few years they have gotten better at showing up and communicating.
Description of Work: We bought a fiberglass pool and spa, pumps and heater from Earl's. They also installed them and did the concrete deck and some stone work.

+ -1 moreFor a major construction project, this could not have gone better. Although the equipment damaged the sidewalk in front of our home, Earl's repaired it perfectly. In addition, Josh was incredibly professional in handling inquiries from our neighbors and homeowners' association (even though they had been informed of the project weeks in advance).
Description of Work: We recently had Earl's Pools install an in-ground fiberglass Leisure Time pool for us. Before selection the company, we met with several contractors and all were professional, but Josh Bush at Earl's went above and beyond. He spent several hours describing our options, costs of operations and expected maintenance. He never lost his patience with our numerous questions. He very bluntly told us what would and would not work in our relatively small backyard. He warned us that the construction would ruin part of our sod and that we would need landscaping after work was complete. He also told us construction would take 2 weeks and all work (except electical) is done by Earl's staff. Josh was 100% truthful and kept his promises. Excactly 2 weeks after construction began, we were swimming in a gorgeous pool that is perfectlty sited for our home and yard. I have never seen such a clean and efficient work crew. They were on time and in line with our budget. When the pool was complete, Josh's father, Lynn Bush, (this is a family-owned business) met with us to review pool operations and maintenance. We could not be happier and cannot say enough positive things about Earl's.

+ -1 moreThe gentleman seemed very knowledgeable. He wasn't very prompt and the quote was higher than the other quotes we had. He was professional but he was just too much money. We went with another company for the pool.

+ -1 moreJohn came out and provided a free estimate. We were able to go to their local showroom and see the exact model we wanted. Len and crew cleared and leveled the site, lifted the form with a crane from our driveway over an existing screen room and into place. They then connected all the hoses. They worked well with a separate deck/screenroom crew to coordinate pump placement and addressed issues that came up after the electrician wired the screen room. Upon final completion, Michael coached us on the control pad and recommended chlorine alternative chemicals which we love. They check the levels from a sample we bring in for free. Since then we've had a few bugs to work out which John has addressed promptly and professionally, most of which were covered under warranty. We're swimming in October and probably will into November still using only the economy heating mode. We're very satisfied customers all the way around.

+ -1 moreThis was a custom-made fiberglass pool which had to be lifted over our house with a crane. Then a crew of 10 - 12 men installed it within a few weeks. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up well after themselves.
