We found Dan through a reputable handyman finder service. He arrived on time to give us an estimate and right off the bat we were very impressed with how he presented himself and his expertise. He was licensed, bonded and insured. We were so impressed that we agreed to the contract on the spot (of course another contractor never called). He removed our front door in order to work on it at his shop. He just so happened to have a loaner replacement which fit just fine. Dan mentioned it would probably take at least 3 days but I had a feeling it may take a little longer. It ended up taking Dan an extra day but the results were incredible! It feel as though we have a brand new door! He professionally repaired all the issues and ended up putting 3 coats of marine grade polyurethane on the door to help prevent any future problems, thus taking the extra day. We are very happy with the outcome.
