We're still in progress (waiting on granite) but the portion that Counter Dimensions handled (removal of old flooring, counter and fixtures and installation of new floor, counters, tub, toilet, move plumbing and electrical--this was all done professionally, with great technicians who knew their stuff, showed up on time, cleaned up behind themselves EVERY DAY. They asked questions when they needed confirmation on location or style, but otherwise could work independently. I've been incredibly pleased with the entire process and absolutely every person I've worked with including our designer, Maggie Glass who really has a good eye and listened to what I wanted, made smart design and material suggestions that kept the project in budget.

We engaged Counter Dimensions after a lot of research, as they were well reviewed for the type of remodel we planned. We needed to update our "90s" master bathroom, take out the shower walls for a more open (glass) concept and update the attached laundry space with additional storage. The designer we worked with (Tracy Hall) helped us with the planning to realize our vision from the ideas and pictures we provided, but we were very surprised that she did not provide design ideas beyond the actual construction requirements. We were referred to vendors for the lighting, faucets etc. but she did not accompany us to the appointments, so we really felt on our own, and to be honest, somewhat overwhelmed (although it all worked out well!) We never had the impression that she could envision what we were working toward for the whole space, beyond the tile and cabinets. It felt more like a Lowes / Home Depot experience than the "HGTV" experience we thought our budget would warrant. The general contractor that was hired to do the work for counter dimensions was called Lainey, and whilst his team did great work overall on the construction and tile work, the project experience itself was terrible. Some of the issues we experienced were: * The all white cabinetry and tile floors were installed early in the project, but then not covered whilst the rest of the work was done. Obviously, they then got very dirty and scuffed (of course we understood it was a construction environment, but this was symptomatic of their apparent lack of attention to care or detail) It took us days after they left to get them clean * There were two water leaks behind tile in shower, after the new plumbing was put in. Luckily they were able reach the pipes through a garage wall, but we had to insist the designer brought in a professional plumber, as each time we reported it to them we were met with skepticism! * The shower floor was initially so badly installed that it had to be completely dug out and redone. We had pointed out the problems days before, and were reassured by the contractor, and the designer, that once the tile was grouted "it would be fine", even though it was obviously not going to be. * Our Brizo fixtures were taken out of their boxes and left mixed in with the tools and construction, so several were so damaged they had to be replaced. Additionally, we really got the feeling the Team had not worked with these type of high end fixtures (one piece was installed upside down, twice! and they all had issues which required the plumber to come back and resolve) * The brand new washer and dryer got badly damaged being moved back and forth from the laundry room (The Counter Dimensions Owner did replace them without question) * One of the key changes we wanted was to remove the wallpaper (the space was fully wallpapered). The contractor insisted that they would have to paint over it, as it could not be removed "without damaging the walls" (even though this was a line item in the contract). They tried three times to paint and fix the peeling paper, with the designer reassuring us each time, until we demanded that the Owner come and look at it. She immediately agreed it was appalling and instructed them to remove it. It only took them a day and actually looked great when it was done! * The French doors took nine weeks to arrive, and the contractors had already started another project, so the Team had to rush installing them. They were installed well, but were were very stiff to open and close (they apparently did not have time to adjust them as they had to leave before the paint was dry!) It took us a full day of adjusting and planing to make them fit properly Given the scope of the project we had moved everything out of the master bedroom, so there would be space for the Team to stage and work. We expected to be out for the estimated three weeks ("maybe four"), but it eventually took a very frustrating ten weeks. In the end we just paid the invoice and completed the punch list ourselves (with our own plumber), as it was getting unproductive trying to get the designer to act on the remaining issues. Whilst our project was very frustrating, we did end up with the bath remodel we wanted. It was just not the experience we had expected from Counter Dimensions.

Counter Dimensions was a wonderful company to work with!

The owners, Mike and Sandra Kelley, gave us a fair price and provided excellent information to help us plan our new kitchen.

Sandra is a gifted designer and was such a help in every way. This being our first kitchen redo, we had lots of questions. Sandra was always patient, and took the time to explain details we never would have even thought about. She accompanied us to pick out cabinets, granite, appliances, and backsplash, and was always available to answer any question that we had. She was wonderful!

Counter Dimensions provided an in-house employee, Pete, who can do anything!!! Pete is amazingly talented, a very conscientious worker, and such a nice person. We were fortunate to have him do the majority of the work installing our new kitchen.

Mike Mathis, also recommended by Counter Dimensions, handled all of the electrical, plumbing, demolition, and painting. Mike was a pleasure to work with, and did a great job. He provided an excellent electrician, Randy Bailey, to do all of the electrical work.

We cannot say enough good things about Counter Dimensions! We love our new kitchen, and we absolutely would use this company again for any future kitchen, bath, or cabinetry work we need.

Having water damage from an upstairs bath we decided to gut the kitchen to the studs.

COUNTER DIMENSIONS, INC  provided very detail drawings and measurements before ordering anything or beginning the work. Some of the cabinets and all of the stove hold were custom built on site.

Counter Dimensions, INC (Lee Ann Weldon) designed new kitchen cabinets, countertops, and tile backsplash for my kitchen. Counter Dimensions installers installed  cabinets, countertops and tile backsplash. they designed and custom build stove the hood. They installed the sink with trash compactor and faucet. Lee Ann gave very good advise on lighting and wall color.

They were excellent to work with in regard to choosing material, planning work, scheduling work, etc. The workman who did the work was very skilled, nice and did good work. The price seemed reasonable compared with other options. The only negative, and it is a very small one, is that only one worker was on the job most of the time. Thus, it did take a week to do the entire project.

Counter Dimensions did an excellent job. The new counter top was a perfect fit and the replacement lavatory fit perfectly into the cutout in the new counter top. They had the new counter top completed and ready to pick up the same day I took it in to be made. I took the side splashes back in the next day to have some minor adjustments made. I worked mainly with Tracy Hall, but all the staff at Counter Dimensions are good folks to work with. This is my first time doing business with this company, but have every intention of working with them on any future remodeling job. They offer full service kitchen and bath design and installation. I was interested in a laminate counter top, but they have a variety of other materials to choose from.

The gentleman that came out to my house was polite and created a template for my bathroom countertop. He followed my construction er's instructions carefully and when he installed the countertop the next day if fit and was installed correctly. I am very pleased with the outcome.
I am not a new customer. This company built and installed my kitchen countertops 15 years ago. I have been so pleased, I didn't hesitate to choose them again for my bathroom vanity countertop.
It is a little pricey, but I am sold on their product.

Very professional. Started on time. Ran into a problem with the availability of the quartz of choice and had to wait about 5-6 weeks for the countertops. Dave, who did the work, was very conscientious and professional with his workmanship. Lee, the designer, was very organized and good with communicating as needed. A very good experience overall.

They did a great job. I thought the quality of work was very good. They told me how much it would be, how long it would take, and they were right on time. They showed up and did the work. They cleaned up and I had no problem. They were great to work with. Everyone thinks it looks great and I am real pleased with their work. She came out, saw it, and told me how much it would cost. They were very professional.

I chose them for the remodel based on the recommendation of a friend
and never once regretted it. Sandra Kelly was patient and professional
through the entire process that began with a design based on my
original wishes but changed time and time again as I enlarged the scope
of the project! The result is a beautiful, functional kitchen and
laundry room that I have thoroughly enjoyed. I would recommend Counter
Dimensions without hesitation.

I can't even begin to describe the professionalism and quality of service performed by this company. They actually had to and quot;fixand quot; and bad remodel for me and went the extra mile in attempting to use whatever they possibly could to keep the price as low as it could be and still provide the workmanship/materials needed to complete the job. You need to use them for any remodeling project you may have. Mike and Sandra and all their contractors are super!!

This company did a wonderful job and I'm very happy. Everybody was very friendly and by the time the job was over, they were almost like family. Before the job started, they spent a lot of time with us planning everything out. I've used them several times and told all my friends about them.

I would never have anyone else do this type of work for me. They were totally professional and their prices were very reasonable. They showed up on time. It took them two days to get it done, but they cleaned up each evening. The counter top and back splash looked fantastic.
