Terrible! Bill Jr. does good work. But with his father controlling the business, my experience was a bad one. He charged me for work not completed. He damaged my fiberglass shower surround, and attempted to cover it up instead of telling me about it. He installed the shower fixture incorrectly in my master shower. Neither father nor son responded to my numerous attempts to contact them. It cost me a lot of money to hire someone else to correct the problems these guys caused.
