They were supposed to call me when my pictures were ready. I never received any phone calls. I called them and they said that they had called several times and that my phone was disconnected. I offered to show them my phone bill to prove that it has not been disconnected. Then I asked to speak to a manager and Crystal said she was the manager. I asked to speak to someone over and she said there was no one over her. She told me that she did not have to talk to me because it was my fault. She did not apologize for anything. I did not think that I would have to follow up with a professional company, and was told that Crystal did not have to talk to me. Then she hung up on me.
