Landscaping
We had a contract with these folks to do our entire portfolio for landscaping. After one of their techs completely butchured and entire section of bushes at the entrance leaving us looking like a tornado victim, we called and demanded resolution. They offered to water them for us. Said they would bounce back in 5-6 weeks. The sales rep was not even the slightest bit apologetic. They have horrible customer service and the sales rep, well, he is about as far from professional as it gets. He argued with me directly and asked where I got my horticulture experience from. Don't let these guys anywhere near your landscaping.
