 + -1 moreI found him to be very experienced and he knew his product very well. I went there about 4 times and called him about 3 times and he was always helpful and professional. He has been in the business a long time. He was never pushy with trying to force a sale. He was patient with my decision on which vacuum cleaner I wanted. He explained each and every one of them to me that I was interested in. He told me the pro's and the con's. I would highly recommend this company.
