Took our MBT in for teeth cleaning, shots, nail trimming and cleaning up calluses on his front pads. They attempted to dremel (filing down the rough spots that we’ve had done several times before without incident )the calluses while he was under full anesthesia and went way too deep. The appointment was 31 March and our poor dog has been unable to put weight on his front paws for an entire week . To add insult to injury upon our return they were completely unapologetic or even empathetic(during my wife’s visit or my phone call) and tried to charge us for a return visit, steroid shot and a cone so he wouldn’t lick the wounds they caused a week earlier. No guidance on when he would recover, coverings for his paws or just a hint of concern. The manager actually tried to insinuate it was our dogs nails that caused the wounds instead of the vet tech . My wife has had several great experiences at this clinic before so we’re shocked by the way this has unfolded . We will NOT be back or recommend this inept vet clinic!

Pricewise, this is a great vet to go to if you don't have much money to spend. Bit this is a downside too, because I feel they know this is why many come here and sometimes they dont always do or even offer additional care that your pet may need. To stay cost effective they do the minimum and thats it. I think this is a great vet to go to for routine things like shots, heartworm tests and meds, fecal exams etc as they have the best prices around. I also do believe they care about your pets. My problem is when a dog has what could be a serious problem, they sometimes dismiss it or assume it's the easiest problem to fix instead of doing our even offering more expensive tests or therapies.

They're the best veterinary clinic we've ever had. They're very compassionate. We had to put down our animal and they were very compassionate and very understanding. In addition my wife fosters dogs so we have about five or six at any one time so we have to go to the vet a lot and they're easily half the price of the other vets in town. They're extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to get in and see them for you.

Have used them for several years to care for all my cats and the occasional foster dog. There is almost always a wait, since everyone in the area uses the clinic and there are several vets who share the practice. Just sign in and bring a book, plus have your dog on a leash or cat in a proper carrier, since the waiting room is also full of animals. The staff is friendly, the vets are professional and take their time with your animals. That's why the wait is so long. Have seen all of their vets at one time or another and never had any issues about their diagnosis or treatment plans. And they will be honest if they aren't sure or haven't seen something before. At least one of the vets handles large animals also. Once you and your pet are done, its on to billing. Only once did I have any issue with the front office and they had forgotten to add the antibiotic shot that Trix got that day. I went back and told them, since the vet had said it was slightly expensive and the original bill was cheap that day. Otherwise, its a busy practice with good rates, and well worth the time and effort for you and your pets.

I got there early in the morning so my wait time was short. They do not do appointments so if you get there late be prepared to wait. They are a poplular vet and for good reason. The staff is very friendly and comforted me when the told me my dog had heartworms. They took hime overnight, treated him, and released him to us the next day. They took great care of him and at a very low cost considering what they had to do. I will be using them in the future!
