Hagler Heating & Cooling just come in and do the inspection every so often and it has been a couple of months now. They keep in touch with you, make sure everything is going okay and they make sure to get back and recheck on their work and everything and they are just very nice people to work with. We did the plan with that, they automatically come out and check it and make sure everything is running right on the system.

Once we called, they were here within 30 minutes and quickly diagnosed the problem. They had the part in Dothan and as it was late in the day, told me they'd return in the morning. They were here by 8am and I was set! Excellent customer service.

I called this morning and not 30 minutes later a technician called to let me know he was on his way to the house. He was here for about 40 minutes and we had cold air. Turns out that unit was just low on Freon, nothing major. He charged the unit and told me we possible had a slow leak and before I spent a lot off money replacing stuff, to wait to see if the unit made it through the summer.

Great. They gave us a breakdown of 3 different units and recommended the one they thought would work best for us. No pressure but lots of helpful information. We can already tell a big difference.

They really did a good job. They were very prompt in getting over here and gave us an estimate and since we choose them the amount we paid for the estimate was applied to the total amount for the wor they did for us.. They also switched out our thermostat to a better one. They are very commeted to their customers. We would use them again.
