They are excellent. We called them and they came out the same day, they were very polite, very nice, and very efficient.  We didn't go without air conditioning very long.  The price was reasonable.  In fact, they came back again and did the same thing again, and gave us a discount.  I give them all high ratings and will continue to use them in the future. 

This company is very responsible and knowledgeable about a/c repairs. I described to both the employee (first visit) and the owner (second visit) what the problem was and they immediately knew how to correct it. Both of them were very polite and courteous and very professional.  On the second visit the owner had to replace the fan motor and had to replace it at the shop. He told me approximately how long he'd be gone, and he returned earlier than anticipated. This occurred on a Friday afternoon (4pm) and I was very grateful for the quick response time both to the house and for the time it took for repairs.
