PC had been running slowly for a while and finally got where you just could not access hardly anything not meven email,dropped of computer to Eric one day he called me the next day and told me what it would take to fix it and the price, which was very reasonable.
Told him to fix it, told me it would be ready next day after 1:00 pm went by about 2:00 pm to pick it up came back home hooked it back up and did great I really think it is faster than it was when new. This is not first time I have used him for computer repairs and have always been 120% satisfied.

While attempting to restore my son's Dell laptop to the factory image, we hit an unrecoverable error. He contacted Oxford Computer Services and Repair, receiving a quote for running diagnostics on the machine. We took the machine to the company. The diagnostic testing revealed that my son's hard drive had corrupted. Oxford Computer Services and Repair informed me of my options. I chose to try and replace the hard drive. They searched for the best price, called Best Buy to confirm that the product was in the store, and then allowed me to pick up the part myself.
Oxford Computer Services and Repair installed the new hard drive and loaded the Operating System and applications and systems (he even went the extra step for my teenager and re-installed iTunes for him) for a fantastic price. A fan issue was also repaired for us at no additional charge.
I will use Oxford Computer Services and Repair again and would encourage anyone in the Calhoun County area, who is looking for this type of service, to use this business.
