+ -1 moreWayne Mizzell is a very upstanding and honest person. I have used him in the past for some rental properties. He has fixed units when they could be fixed and replaced them when there was no other option. On this occasion, he gave me 2 options on what could be done. One option made him money by doing the work, the other option did not make him money as it was another route I could take. He understood my situation and did not want to take advantage of me. Because of this particular situation I went another route. He came out 2 times but did not charge for 2 full service fees. I will continue to use Mizzell Heating & Air for all my future needs.

Description of Work: They were very professional and courteous. The first time they came out the unit was not working properly. When I called them they came out the next morning and fixed the problem.
