They messed everything up, it took us months to get the bathrooms completed. It was a nightmare and we had to threaten to call the guy over that part of the company and they finally came around to getting some of the stuff straightened out. The manager never called to ask how it went with this job and they did with the windows we had them do.

The measurement happened very quickly as well as the installation. My wife was due to have a baby within weeks. Lowe's, as well as the installer, worked diligently to arrange my installation quickly. The gentleman who came to install were professional and courteous. The countertops are exactly as described and expected.
