Description of Work: The A/C was under warranty so I only paid for labor - such an unbelievable deal!! He knew exactly what needed to be done. He had to order a fan and a motor which took some time to come in. The only that caused me to score below an "A" was communication. I would like to be kept in the loop on what was happening and when he would be back to make the repairs.

+ -1 moreWhen our AC went out after I made the call to their office and got a answering machine I was not sure on how quick a reponse I would get. But within a couple of hours I recieved a call from Doug, he had me call David for he was in the area and wanted to know if we could meet him there. All told everything was handled and repaired in a satisfied amount of time.
Description of Work: Our upstairs AC when out, when I called and let a detailed message about my problem on the answering service I recieved a call back to set up the appointment in a timely manner.

+ -1 moreIt went as planned. They showed up at their appointed time on the first day and they were here late to make sure I had heat that night. I was told the system would be air tight and that I should notice that the air flow would be much stronger and it was. They also cleaned up after themselves both nights and swept the basement before they left. I have used this company for many years now and they always show up for me when they said they would. They were very professional and polite. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: I had all the duct work replaced in my house along with a new thermostat and return air vent. They also put in a hepa filtration system that helps me with my allergies. They also cleaned the coils in the furness.
