When our AC went out after I made the call to their office and got a answering machine I was not sure on how quick a reponse I would get. But within a couple of hours I recieved a call from Doug, he had me call David for he was in the area and wanted to know if we could meet him there. All told everything was handled and repaired in a satisfied amount of time.

It went as planned. They showed up at their appointed time on the first day and they were here late to make sure I had heat that night. I was told the system would be air tight and that I should notice that the air flow would be much stronger and it was. They also cleaned up after themselves both nights and swept the basement before they left. I have used this company for many years now and they always show up for me when they said they would. They were very professional and polite. I would recommend this company to anyone.
