+ -1 moreCharlotte M. Shain is a very nice person, but her work is not satisfactory. She was our realtor and did not do a good job. It was hard to reach her throughout our business relationship with her. She never got back with us after house showings and never told us what the buyer said about the house. We planned to have an open house, and she never organized it, even after promising to do so. We had the date set, and she said that she would prepare everything. She did not do anything, and did not get back with me about it until I called her several times. We were very disappointed. Our new realtor is Sylvia Bentley, and she is a very good one. She has done an excellent job.
Description of Work: We wanted to sell our house. Our realtor was Charlotte M. Shain from Home Realty. The house was on the market with her several months.
