They charged my insurance company everything over the $1,000. That was my deductible. They were supposed to sterilize everything. When you're in here with something so terribly dangerous, you wear masks, gloves, etc. We didn't see any of that on these people. It was not professional. The plumbers told us we had to have them. I honestly don't know what they could do better. They put her bed up against the dresser and we couldn't get anything out, including her blood glucometer. It was unbelievably inconvenient.
