Description of Work: Replace damaged wood soffits & facia boards with vinyl on storm damaged house. The estimate (insurance agreed to the projected work) showed in detail that all the fascia boards were to be replaced, not just a few. It was obvious very quickly that the crew did not know how to properly install vinyl-We were assured they would satisfy us & it would be corrected but they failed to do so after multiple attempts. The overhang started comming down within 2 weeks upon completion. We had 2 other companies come out & give us their opinion of the installation & they both agreed it was NOT installed correctly.They also gave us estimates to do it properly. We told B & P (contractor) we were not satisfied with their shoddy work. We couldn't even get a signed contract for the job! Their estimator, Will Parks, kept giving us excuses as to why he didn't bring it out before & even after work began. At his request, we gave them a down payment check for $2000 when the material was delivered & the balance would be due upon satisfied completion of job. The estimator suppose to have updated the original estimate & bring it to be signed by us, but he never did. This is not professionalism. As far as we are concerned, we lost $2000.
