They return calls promptly and were always here at the time they said they would be. The employees who did the actual work were very professional, polite, and considerate of our family. They did not try to engage us in conversation other than polite responses or questions that dealt with the job at hand. This was a big point for me. They worked until they got the job done without taking breaks.

We had a damaged hot water line which we needed replaced. When Mr. Kevin Wells, the owner, came to talk to us, he explained the reason that the copper was getting tiny leaks . It was not old age, as we thought, but caused from a hot water heater that was not properly grounded. After we fixed that problem, he came back to give us an estimate on replacing the copper with a different material, and discussed putting in new pipe at each where the leaks had been temporarily plugged. He did not push us in either direction. There were so many repaired and quot;pin holesand quot; that we decided to go with replacing the piping in all the areas that were reachable. He brought two workers there later that morning and worked throughout the afternoon until the job was done. Mr. Wells' employees were very polite, professional and worked diligently at a quick pace. Even though my household had two night workers who were asleep, and three small children underfoot, the plumbers remained focused on the job at hand. They made an effort to disturb the sleepers as little as possible. Mr. Wells service is absolutely top rate. At the completion of the job, the estimated price was the final price. It was MUCH lower than we had expected while the crew and job performances were outstanding.
