Nate was professional and polite. He even offered to replace the back of my phone when fixing the screen. This phone was my old phone that hasnt been used in a year. I finnaly got the funds to replace my screen on my S21 Ultra. My daughter was happy to change it to silver. Nate didn't have to suggest changing the color but he went the extra mile. This was my old phone, I'm giving it to my child for her birthday. She's hype to finally get her own phone and in a new silver color instead of black. I highly recommend Nate.

Brought my phone into there because it would not turn on, he done a diagnostic on it and said there could be other issues, so he took it apart and found it was just a loose connector!. Put it back together and everything for no extra charge. I highly recommend this place! And will return with anymore of my issues. Thanks a lot nate!

I brought my iPad in to get a cracked screen replaced on Wednesday morning . The technician said it might be done by that evening, but I told him I couldn't come back until the next day. I called on Thursday morning and was told it was next in line for repair. I called Thursday afternoon and was told it should be done in about a half hour. We got to the store about 20 minutes later and then got to wait for over an hour while the technician worked on the iPad. He was very nice (but it was a one-man show so he had to wait on customers, answer the phone and chat with his manager at the same time). Because we had to wait, he gave me a free screen protector. Then he handed me the iPad. It didn't feel right at all - too heavy, my code didn't work, and the buttons seemed wrong. That's because it was NOT my iPad! Mine was already fixed and waiting behind the counter! He still gave me a free screen procector but I will probably have to remove it because it has a piece of dirt and bubble under it. The technician is very competent, and very nice, but obviously over extended.

I had a battery replaced on an old iPad Air by Nathan. Also I had the fan cleaned on an old laptop by Jon. Both did great work and were very professional. I will definitely bring future repairs to them.
