It usually takes about half the day. My pet loves going there, we just drop her off and we pick he up when they call us.

We have been there before. Dogs always seem excited to be there and happy when we get them. I haven't really price compared but they do seem high to me.

Good doctors, good system. They did it all right. They never followed up, but our cat turned out to be ok.

We like them fine. They are friendly and they are quick at getting the cat in and out. They seem like they know who he is and they treat him nice. The shots were a couple of hundred dollars and it is $15-20 a day for boarding.

We would recommend them. We only use them for veterinary services, but they do have a doggie day care there. The price varies depending on what we get done. Dr. Serio is wonderful with the animals. She explains things very carefully to us and she makes absolutely certain that we understand it. She takes all the time that she needs to make sure that we are comfortable with what she's doing with our animals. She's very gentle with the animals. We had 2 small kittens that we had adopted and they were terrified; they were not used to being put in a kennel, and she was wonderful with them as were her vet techs. They are all kind and very gentle. They have a Face Book page and they put pictures up from the doggie day care nearly every day. They are very concerned that the people who use that service know what's going on with their animals when they are there. We just love them. They are great people. Depending on how you break it out the only thing I would not give them an A on is cost. They are expensive so I would probably give them a B. We dropped a huge chunk of change. We knew we were going to do it and we were willing to do it. They told us upfront what it was going to cost which is another thing that we like. Before they do anything they give you a printout showing what they are going to do and what it's going to cost so that we don't get sticker shock. During our first visit one of the kittens had a small health problem and they called me twice following up to make sure that he was doing alright. We would continue to use them in the future. In fact, it's time for them to go back.

We love them. We see Dr. Serio and she is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She is caring and gentle with the animals. She knows her stuff. The staff, including the techs and the assistants, are also friendly and tender. They are also caring with the animals. They are very concerned with their health and welfare. The office is spotless. There is absolutely not a hint of an aroma of animal anywhere around. They run a doggie daycare so there are animals around all the time and yet you can't detect an odor of having pets there, which means they keep it scrupulously clean. We will absolutely continue to use them.
