The contractor was delayed about a week due to equipment issues.  The timeliness of informing me of the delays could have been better.  When they finally arrived they did install a solution that works well.  Clean up was a disappointment, I am still picking up rocks and pieces concrete debris that were the remnants of my old diverter box

John from Everclean was on time. I had asked him approximately when he would be finished so I could see the new chlorinator and determine how it works. The tablet feeder cost $155.00 from Norewco. A few feet of PVC pipe and 3 or 4 bags of gravel were also needed. John indicated that about half would be parts and half labor. He brought a small digger with him. The parts were marked up 20%. Even with that, the parts would not have cost more than $225.00. Everclean (2 men) were at my house for 2 hours and were gone when I arrived home. I was told that an emergency came up. The total bill was $650.00. Both the parts and labor were excessive, in my opinion.

JOHN WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND FRIENDLY. HE SPENT ALMOST AN HOUR WORKING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE AND THEN DID NOT CHARGE ME BECAUSE HE DID NOT COME ON TIME AND FELT HE CAUSED ME AN INCONVENIENCE. HE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. HE GAVE US SOME GREAT ADVICE AND INFORMATION.

JOHN STRAWSER, THE OWNER, CALLED BEFORE ARRIVING TO MAKE SURE HE HAD THE NECESSARY MATERIALS TO PERFORM THE WORK IN A SINGLE VISIT. HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND IT TOOK HIM 30 MINUTES TO COMPLETE THE WORK.

VERY PROMPT. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
