Southern Exposure Gulf Coast Vacations

Description of Work: Ms. Cassens claims she manages houses in Gulf shores. She called us twice on her initial visit because she could not find our house (1 block of the beach). She told us she would come with rental projections. She did not provide them. My husband and I were very patient and cordial as my husband had to fix her computer while she was in our house because she "wanted it to work when I get home". We told her we were very adament about getting the house up on the website this past week. We worked very hard to have it ready. She said she could not do it Monday because her grandchildren were visiting but would definitley have it listed by Wednesday4/24. She promised us Wednesday. We agreed. We also asked for her to send a lawn service for every other week service.That same day a man came around and said he was a boyfriend of the house cleaner Ms. Cassens uses.This man explained that he does not normally do lawns but would for $75 and would like more if we expect him to blow off the driveway. This is a tiny lot. This weekend our house was still not listed. Not only did she get mad because I questioned this but she called me rude when all I was asking her to do was what she had committed to doing. We have wasted alot of time.I can't imagine using someone who does not keep her word let alone is unprofessional. She wasted our time and I am thankful early on before she wasted our money.I have another rental in Alabama and have had rentals in New York. I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism and misrepresentation in abilities.I am so lucky I was able to cancel our check. By the way there are no house rentals on her rentsouthern website. I should have looked at this first.
