She offered insight without pushing her viewpoint on us. I was also very impressed with Katy's willingness to admit something was a first for her and her tenacity in learning what to do very quickly. On top of all this, Katy is a genuinely kind and thoughtful individual. I don't write recommendations very often, but Katy is a keeper, and anyone would be very well served to have her as their realtor.

Above and Beyond. Katy goes Above and Beyond with everything she does. I never felt like I didn’t know what was going on. She kept us informed every step of the way. We live 11 hours away from the Gulf, so her knowledge of oceanfront properties and connections were extremely beneficial. She did more than was expected or require. After the sale, she still continues to check in with us!!! She doesn’t just want to find us a property, but she wants to make sure that we are happy and comfortable in our decisions. We never felt pressured or rushed!
