Several meetings took place with the owners. The owners are very nice people and try very hard to please. But we found their knowledge not to be what it should be in the window covering area at this time. Every problem that occurred with the hanging and installation became a HUGE problem to me and they just did not have the experience to make things right. My partners in this condo became very angry at me. I found out the owners had told my partners a different story making their mistake mine. After 5 months, they finally admitted they were wrong and could not fix our problems and recommended we get new rods at additional expense to us. We all agreed not to have them continue. I found another company who came in, fixed the wall they had damaged, and re-hung the draperies with no problem in just a few hours of work time.
