GOTCHA COVERED

Description of Work: Gotcha Covered was contracted to make and install draperies over 2 sliding doors and one window. Hours were spent with the owners picking out the material and hardware and discussing the necessities for the job while in the condo examining the doors and window. I was told that everything I had picked out would look and work nicely. The draperies were as ordered and were very nice. The rods which were ordered were very cheap and could not properly hold the drapes. They could not find a stud in the center of the wall (after making over 10 holes) and proceeded to hand the drapes with holders different from what was ordered which they felt would work. It did not work and created a mess. They also placed the brackets in different spots and the curtains could not open or close properly. My renters and partners complained constantly that the drapes would fall off the rods. Gotcha Covered owners did not know what to do to fix them other than install new rods at an additional expense to us. This caused fighting between us and our partners and my renters were very disappointed during their stays. At one point the curtains would not even open or close over a door. I brought in another company and they fixed it all within a few hours.
