GNG  has been our plumber of choice for years.  Before that, my parents used them as well.  They ALWAYS take care of your needs in a timely, efficient, and thorough  manner.  Their price is always reasonable and fair, and I have never been disappointed in their performance in any way.
Plumbing has a perchant for going bad on weekends or holidays; GNG is always available when you need them; their appointment times are accurate and are not wide-range like many places estimates are in this area.  When they are going to be delayed, they will notify you.
Estimates are accurate and even reduced sometimes.  They may suggest enhancements to the original project, but will explain the reasons and let you decide.
Happy with their services in every way.

I didn't like how they handled the hot water heater when they put in the new one. There was some flooding from the old one and they wouldn't fix the ceiling. They didn't take the old hot water heater away, they wanted to charge more for that. They came over pretty quick. They didn't respond to all my needs.

They are very prompt, very professional and efficient. I think plumbing prices are high in general and I think because of where we live, things are a little more expensive. But their prices are probably comparable to others in the area. They do take care of me.

Additionally, he should have checked to see if the original grinder could be repaired. Instead, he installed a 1500 dollar device (400times the original cost) and said I had a warranty--which I did not want. He did not inform me why my device failed, nor told me the make and model of the grinder I purchased. Other plumbing companies charge a flat hourly rate. His rate was based on a calculation which is difficult to understand. I called him the next day and he refused to tell me anything about the job. Instead he said to wait until the bill arrives. The bill arrived 2 weeks after the work was done and did not explain what was done. I asked to speak with the owner of the company, but he also refused to provide specific information about the job. I asked to have the failed pump grinder, but the company refused.
