New home purchase. Everything went smoothly and the few very minor issues were resolved quickly without question. Larry is a great builder who truly cares about his customers.

The roofing company installed the roof. Larry Alexander was the general contractor. He gave us an excellent rate. He told us when he would be here, and when he would be through. They were through in one day. They cleaned it all up. It was great. They showed up on time. They measured, and gave us an estimate when they said they would. They installed the roof when they said they would.
