own a condo in Gulf Shores, Al. and I live in La. John rented my unit and mentioned that he could remodel my unit. He gave me an estimate. It was a fair price and I hired him. I cannot say enough about John and his workmanship. He made the whole remodel job so easy, was efficient, clean and completely trustworthy. He handled everything. He tore out wallpaper, sheetrocked, painted, installed new kitchen cabinets, countertops and appliances; new porcelain flooring, crown moulding and ceiling fans. I was not there to oversee his work but he did a fantastic job. He went all over looking for the flooring. All this in two weeks during the off season so I didn't lose renters. He bought needed items and kept the receipts for me. I was afraid to do the remodel for all the trouble it would be since I do not live there. But, John saved my life. I have a brand new unit that looks great and I owe it all to him. Please put him and his company at the top of your list. Thank you.
