On the positive side they picked up the trash on time. However, they charge twice as much as another vendor and they lock you in with ridiculous long term contracts. When I tried to cancel my service the phone number on the invoice was disconnected. When I called their 800 phone number I was directed to submit my issue through the company website which I did. I gave my phone number but nobody ever called me back. So, I hired a different trash vendor at half the cost. Trouble is when I called again and got a live person from Waste Management on the phone they would not budge on their contract despite the fact that they made it difficult to give them notice. They want me to pay through September which would be $1500! Then they told me I had to overnight a letter stating I wanted to cancel the service or it would renew for another 12 months!
