For the most part it went well the plumber did the job we paid for . We just did not necessarily agree with how he did it.Also we were not to sure he knew what he was doing but he figured it out and everything works. Both father and son were very nice people .The father did not do the work the son did but like I said he was very likeable just did not get a warm and fuzzy feeling about his abilities. That being said I would still use them again.Because they were pleasant they worked with your timeline and did everything agreed upon and then some..
