Replaced and repaired my garage. He explained everything with me and told me about the warranty and included the warranty on my receipt. The price was affordable it included labor and the replacement part.

I called on Saturday at 4 PM...they came out and looked at my problem that date at 5:30...came on Monday and fixed it...talk about great service!!!!

They contacted me within 30 minutes of inquiring on home advisor. They said they would be able to come out and do the work the same day. I was very happy to hear that except that they showed up over an hour later than they said they would be originally. That wouldn t have been a big deal if I didn t have somewhere to be later that evening. I m satisfied that they were professionals at what they were doing. They backed their work up with a three-year warranty however, they said they would send me a copy of the bill and the warranty paperwork before leaving my house. If I want to redeem the warranty I m going to have to contact them again and hope they have a record of it because they failed to do that too. Overall they seem good but being punctual isn t their strong suit.
