flooring contractor
 + -1 moreThe crew was great, but the boss was very rude and would not listen or respond to problems. He was hired as a sub contractor by Tim White. Randy told me to "Tell Tim if you want something fixed." He turned around and walked away while I was talking to him. I fired him that day while they were in the beginnings of starting the work on my basement. This was on a Saturday and the Contractor would not return my call because it was Saturday. I was very disappointed. My basement was left in a huge mess. I did not see or hear from Tim White until the following Monday. Tim White, did not have a license or a permit. I found that out later, after I notified the City of Opelika.
Description of Work: I had new hardwood laid in the livingroom and sunroom. I had original hardwood refinished. Also, I had laminate flooring put in the basement. I wanted a bad spot upder my refriderator fixed and wanted it repaired while they worked in my basement. Randy, the boss,was very rude. The crew is great. Randy is aragant and beneath listening to the customer. I had to fire him because he was not going to repair a bad spot under my refridgerater. I had to finish the basement myself. It was very stressful. They left my basement in a huge mess.
