The crew was great, but the boss was very rude and would not listen or respond to problems. He was hired as a sub contractor by Tim White. Randy told me to "Tell Tim if you want something fixed." He turned around and walked away while I was talking to him. I fired him that day while they were in the beginnings of starting the work on my basement. This was on a Saturday and the Contractor would not return my call because it was Saturday. I was very disappointed. My basement was left in a huge mess. I did not see or hear from Tim White until the following Monday. Tim White, did not have a license or a permit. I found that out later, after I notified the City of Opelika.
