Roto-Rooter

Great. We were quoted for $250 for the service but it require slight digging as the tank risers were a little covered by dirt and grass. Despite the additional work required Roto Rooter honored the original quote. I will be using their technicians again in the future.

Excellent work and customer service. Charged an extra $45 to come to my house, because of distance.

We needed a 'cleanout' installed on the main coming out of the house. The plumbing company we contacted to do the job said they would do the work only if we first called Roto-Rooter and had them come and clear the sewer line of roots. We called Roto-Rooter the morning of May 29 and they sent someone out the same day. They were prompt and did the work quickly and efficiently. Their estimate of $130 for the service was what they charged when the work was done. In fact, this was the same price they charged the last time we used their services, which was Nov. 11, 2011. In other words, it had not gone up in eighteen months' time! We are satisfied with their promptness, work and price. We will definitely use them again!

I was very pleased with their service that day. They came out on a Saturday. They were prompt. The technician was courteous. The quality was there. He advised us on a couple of other problems that we had that was unrelated to that, and he did not charge us extra for doing so. I do not have anything that I disliked about them.

I feel bad that I have not reviewed Roto-Rooter before because they come out every year and every year they are GREAT. It's a difficult clear and Donna takes care of us every time. We have a huge magnolia and an old drain. As part of maintaining the drain, we call Roto-Rooter. The lady in the office is GREAT, too! She always gets someone out as soon as she can. I know they are very busy because they do great work, but somehow she always manages to get us fixed up in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to anyone with a clogged drain.

I used them again this year and they did their normal great job!

We've had them numerous times over the years to unclog the drain lines from the house to the street. They are fast, friendly and efficient.

My home was built in the forties and the pipe has a 90 degree angle in and it should have been a 45 degree angle. This company not only fixed our problem but educated us as to why we had the problem. They honor their warranty. They had to come back out a second time to look at the same problem. I would recommend them to others in an heart beat.

They referred me to Kline Plumbing - I'll let you know how that goes.

It didn't work the first time, so they came back and successfully cleaned the drain without charging us again.

I called this company to check my sewer cleanout, etc to see if it was backed up after an experience with another company that left me uncertain. Sure enough, the young man that came to the house checked everything and told me that there was not a problem with anything being backed up and that all of the work that was being proposed by the plumber from Ben Franklin (breaking up the slab, etc) was not necessary. I was upset, but indeed appreciated the second opinion. There was no blockage at all and the water leaking was due to my movers not connecting the hoses on my washer correctly.

They were professional, straight forward and came on time. Their pricing was a bit on the higher side. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

The work was outstanding, but the price was a bit high. They have been great. They worked hard and got the job done.
