I took the lawn mower in on a Wednesday before Memorial Day. They informed me that they would be closed til Tuesday after Memorial Day and my lawn mower would be ready by then. They informed me they would call when it was finished. I called everyday just before they closed and they told me they haven't even looked at it. Finally it was ready Friday afternoon. Three days after they said it would be complete. When I dropped off and picked up my lawn mower someone loaded and unloaded it for me.
