work was accomplished. Took too long, they under estimated the job and some of the brace/mounting/attachment work done in the pump house was totally unprofessional..

He has half way completed the job. I have no water in my kitchen at this point.  I am very upset, as I am trying to raise two grandchildren with no water in the kitchen. He told me that my shower was leaking in the wall, yet he capped the lines off. Then he said my sink was linking, and that I needed a new faucet. I bought the faucet and called to let him know he can come back. He said he would come out, yet it's been two weeks. He is now not answering my calls.  I have paid him in full for the services, and now he won't come finish. I am very disappointed in this experience.

He arrived on time gave a free estimate and proceded to work at my request.  He brought all necessary tools and materials and compleated the job on time as expected.  I am very satisfied with the service received.  Could have been cheaper but he did give me a 10% senior discount.

He was reasonably priced.  He was very professional, and he seemed to know exactly what he was doing.  He made two or three trips and didn't charge anything extra for that.  He always came when he said he was going to.  It was definitely a positive experience.
